FAQs


  1. Are the products made from fiber off of the alpacas on your farm? Are they all handmade and if not, where are they produced? Many of the products we sell are made fully or in part from the fiber off of the alpacas from our farm. We are a part of a fiber cooperative based in New England which does make some of our products using fiber from area alpaca farm including ours. These items are made at mills in the USA. Handmade items are identified in the description of the product. Each of our items offers a description of how it is made. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.

  2. How do I care for the items I purchase from you? All of our hats, scarves and hand coverings should be hand washed in a mild detergent and air dried. Our socks can be washed in a cold water machine wash and it is recommended that you air dry them for the longest life.

  3. Is shipping and handling included in the price? Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the entire order and calculated at the end of the purchasing process. We use first class USPS postage rates. We also offer safe, curbside pickup here at the farm if you are in driving distance of us. Shipping and pick up options can be chosen as you proceed with the purchase process.

  4. Do you accept returns of items purchased? YES! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee full refund of all unworn/unused items within 30 days of purchase. Labels and tags must be in place. Returns can be made by making an in-person appointment at the farm or via mail. All postage charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
